21/08/10 tepat pkol 2.46pm kt hp aku..
minah P1 WIMAX call aku..
this regarding my report..
aku cakap aku xblh nka ekses email.
dengan rudenyer minah tuh tya aku..
"u ade reset modem ke?"
aku ckp xde melainkan cust svc suruh
ak bt setting ape through phone.
"saya tak rasa dorg suruh u bt..klu
u reset modem mmg setting sume hilang ape yg kite lock kt cni..
u tak boleh suke2 reset modem.."
aku dah mcm pelik..ape psl call
aku mcm nak marah2..SHIT la kan..
aku dhla kt warehouse, luar ofis semata2 n jwb call bangang neh..
so aku cakap aku xtau lgsg nak reset modem.after
technician dtg rumah aku xsentuh ape2 lgsg.
out of sudden the next day (18hb ogos)
aku dah xblh nak ekeses email..pdhal sehari
sebelum tuh da ok dah..so bile xok..aku kenalah report blk..
xkn aku nak diam..
i pay for t, i hv the rite to complain..
bile dia mcm xblh control suara dia..
aku plk naik hangin..
naik syeikh..
"awk mrh sy ke nih?"
"tak..i xmrh u.."
siap gune u...gile bapak..
aku xkesah sgt..ko i u dgn aku.aku gne i u jgk..
"no u're not. u mad at me..u sound so rude..
r u trying to challenge me? I 'm ur customer..
if i know everythg jz like YOU..
then i shouldnt call u, girl!
i dont want to talk to u, jz gv me ur nme..
i'm going to report about u and terminate my line bcoz of u.
hope there's o more customer service like u
bcos u jz make or company going to bankcrupt!"

aku respect customer service.

memalukan..dahla melayu..islam lak tuh..
dah kije ko treat cust..treat them well..
ur cust pay ur salary OK..
u should realize dat thing..
such a nonsence people..
