Alhamdulillah. Hidup lagi setakat hari ini. Esok lusa tak tahu. Umm, nak habaq, raya haji tahun ni kami raya kat sepital. Hebat tak? Hebat tak? Abah kita masuk sepital sebab masalah prostat. At the same time darah tinggi. So, banyakla jugak hari kita tak pergi kerja sebab abah kita tak paham apa doktor cakap. So kita tolong dengar & explain kat dia bahasa doktor ni. <-- alien..haha.="" bahasa="" doktor="" macam="" ni="" p="" pulak.="" translator="" wah="">
So, doktor akan buat operation (minor). Mereka akan memasang "stand" dalam salur kecing abah supaya bukaan lebih luas. Tak delah kencing abah sangkut2 & sebabkan tersangkut tuh ginjal abah bengkak. So far bacaan dah cecah 220 compared to normal people with reading of 130. Haa kau bacaan untuk fungsi ginjal. Ape ntah bahasa doktor dia.
So, by right nak mintak transfer ke PPUM sebab cost dia, RM10-RM15k tapu bila transfer, ada waiting list lak kat PPUM untuk operate. So, untuk tak nak amik risiko, we have decided to proceed in KJMC next week. Then , MEDILINK will cover for this. Mujur ada MEDILINK. Proses pun cepat. Taopi servis kat KJMC sangat2 teruk.
Ini bukan nak jatuhkan KJMC tapi feedback. Last 2 days, supposed my dad kena buat ultrasound untuk tengok ginjal & rasanya. Kot la ada karang dilautan tersadai kat situ kan. Then nurse2 suruh dia taha kecning Kalau da nak terkencing bagitahu dorang. WTH??? 1st time nak terkucil bagai tahu nurse kat kaunter, dia cakap nurse on duty dalam bilik dengan SISTER. Time tu 10 lebih in the morning time. Abah kita buang je air bertakung tu siap passing mition. Then, lagi sekalai terjadi. Nurse tak ada lagi, then nurse kaunter cakap nanti dia datang. 10 minit abah kita cangok tunggu, tak datang2. Then kita cakap buang je. No need to tahan2 anymore. He was really suffering at that time. Then the 3rd time coming, nurse was there but they said doctor tengah rehat. LUNCH TIME!!! Only available after 2pm. WTF????

Then at 2pm the 4th times coming. I went to the counter, then the nurse said sorry, 2.30pm. Wow! Totally irresponsible. Hello, we pay you RM215 for the room, RM322 for the nursing, RM1100 for the laboratory just for 1 day. Why you keep saying SORRY & nothing happen after that. Seems like sorry can neutral every feeling. For you maybe yes but not for me. You think my dad is WHITE MOUSE? I cant control my self & suddenly blew up. I said 2.30pm is the last. If cannot I will report of Kementerian Kesihatan, talk to your CEO, talk to your SISTER. I should give them a lesson. Then
This is not government hospital. This is PRIVATE hospital & we have been covered by insurance for executive service but they treated us like BS. Hello, yes, we are covered by insurance but if the thing happen to your granny, mommy, even your dad or maybe to yourself, then later on serve you right.
Then 2.30 the 5th time coming, still got no nurse coming. Then my dad just let it go & a few second after that the nurse came. Huh!. BS. Nothing to say. So BS. Bodohlah layan orang tua camtu. Ingat abah kita tangki air stainless steel ke boleh simpan air lama2. Abah kita tak cakap ape. Kita memang jeling maut punya lah. Sakit hati. Nevermind, tahan lagi. At then end, 3.30pm. You can see how long since 10.30am until 3.30pm. After 5 hours. I dont think there are a lot of patients. 1 level only got 4 to 5 patients, Why the nurses in PPUM can handle/take care of 5 patients alone but this KJMC got 3 nurse at every level. See the different?
I dont think KJMC is the best private hospital. Not even can be listed as private hospital. The level is very bad. They dont have fix procedure as well. Like the parking coupon. Busy to chat among themselves then suddenly forgot to give us the coupon & we just keep waiting hearing their chats.
For KJMC staff, keep your distance ATITUDE. ATTITUDE is a little thing that makes a BIG difference. Just 2 cent opinion. >.<
